Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligible items for return: Arcade decals, side art, control panel overlays, bezels, and marquees may be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Items must be uninstalled and in their original condition.

Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, contact us at info@stickersmitharcade.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return address: 105 Derby Court, King, NC 27021.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
